What is National Procurement Professionals (NPP)?
We’re a B2B wholesale sourcing company helping eCommerce sellers on Amazon, Walmart, and beyond access curated, high-demand, bulk-ready inventory—without supplier headaches.
Who can buy from NPP?
Approved eCommerce sellers with a valid reseller certificate and business verification. We currently work with Amazon FBA/FBM sellers, Walmart Marketplace sellers, and multi-channel eCom businesses.
How do I apply to buy?
It’s simple. Fill out our Apply to Buy form with your business details. We’ll review your application within 24–48 hours and send next steps.
Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Yes, but they’re reasonable. Each product or category may have its own MOQ, but we specialize in making bulk affordable—even for smaller resellers.
Are your products brand new or liquidation?
We primarily deal in brand-new, shelf-ready inventory. Occasionally, we offer vetted closeout or liquidation deals—which will always be clearly marked.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How often do you restock?
New inventory is added weekly. Join our email list to get notified of fresh deals, restocks, and exclusive buyer drops. Get on our emailing list.
Do you offer invoices or reseller documentation?
Yes. All approved buyers receive proper invoices for every order—essential for Amazon compliance and tax records.
Is this private label or wholesale?
We specialize in wholesale. All products are name-brand or vetted generics—no private label development or brand registration required.

Where does your inventory ship from?
Most inventory ships from our East Coast and Midwest warehouses. Transit times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on location.
Can I use a prep center or 3PL?
Absolutely. If you use a third-party prep center or 3PL, we’ll ship directly to them—just make sure your shipping preferences are updated during checkout. You check out our partner 3PL at Fast Track Fulfill
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept ACH, credit card, and wire transfers. For approved high-volume buyers, Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be available.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect products?
We have a clear return and claims process. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Do you provide UPCs or barcodes?
Most of our inventory includes original manufacturer UPCs. If you need barcode prep or FNSKU labeling, we can help through our partner services.
