Terms & Conditions

Welcome to National Procurement Professionals (“NPP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://nat-procurement.com), our services, and all purchases made through our platform.

By accessing our site, applying for an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. WHOLESALE BUYER ELIGIBILITY

Our products and services are available exclusively to verified businesses and resellers. To purchase from NPP, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid reseller certificate or tax exemption documentation
  • Operate a business in the United States

We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our sole discretion.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
  • Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Approved accounts may request Net 15 or Net 30 terms based on creditworthiness.
  • Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum allowed by law.

3. ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and order size.
  • We are not liable for carrier delays, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy in all listings, including price, description, and availability. However:

  • Inventory may change rapidly and is subject to availability.
  • Product images may vary slightly from actual items.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to market volatility.
  • NPP is not responsible for listing errors, typographical mistakes, or pricing inaccuracies.

5. RETURNS & CLAIMS

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All claims must be submitted to [email protected] with photos and order details.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

6. RESTRICTIONS ON RESALE

  • Products may be subject to manufacturer MAP policies or resale restrictions.
  • It is your responsibility to comply with marketplace terms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
  • We are not responsible for any action taken against your account due to misuse, misrepresentation, or violations.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including logos, product data, text, images, and designs—is the property of NPP or its licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may not use, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. MASSACHUSETTS COMPLIANCE

NPP is headquartered in Massachusetts and operates in compliance with:

  • 201 CMR 17.00 (Personal Data Protection Regulations)
  • M.G.L. c. 93A (Consumer Protection Act)
  • Relevant federal resale and sales tax laws

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or order at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
